Charlie Butt is Head Chef of the Eason’s Green site.
She has worked in the food industry all her life, starting on her family farm in Lincolnshire. Briefly touching on music through her degree in Liverpool, she still found herself drawn to food in many different communities and has always had a connection to growing.
Her work in the YPC is creating a healthy, well-balanced menu for all as well as providing training to the young people to deliver the meals independently.
