Observation and mindful parenting

The keystone of our approach is to “follow the child”, and one of the most important tools we have is observation. ‘Following the child’ begins with seeing them clearly, in the moment, without preconceptions. It means trusting there is a good motive behind their every action, and finding practical ways to support them so they grow in confidence and in freedom.
